Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of slotaronz.com and our social casino game/services (together, the “Service”), operated by Slotaro NZ Limited (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility (NZ)

You must be at least 20 years old (New Zealand casino gambling age) and able to form a binding contract. Minors must not use the Service. We may request age verification and suspend/close accounts that do not meet eligibility.

4) Virtual Coins, Items & Gameplay (Entertainment Only)

The Service is a social casino-style entertainment experience. Virtual coins/currency, credits, and items:

• have no cash value, are not money, and are not redeemable for cash or prizes of real-world value;
• cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the Service (unless we expressly allow);
• may be adjusted, removed, or reset (including for integrity, security, balancing, or legal reasons).

5) In‑App Purchases, Billing & Refunds

Optional purchases may be offered to obtain virtual items. Prices and availability may change. Purchases are processed by the relevant app store/platform or our payment provider. Refunds are handled under the applicable platform/payment terms and New Zealand consumer law; nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded (including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, where applicable).

6) Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, artwork, trademarks, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for private entertainment, subject to these Terms.

7) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or data loss. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, pose risk to other users, or to protect the Service. Upon termination, licences end and virtual items may be forfeited.

9) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand for disputes arising from the Service.
